Product introduction:
Structural composition:
• Casing:
As the main structure of the equipment, it plays the role of supporting and protecting the internal components. It is usually made of solid metal materials and has good sealing to prevent powder leakage.
• Feeding device:
It is used to evenly transport the materials to be classified into the powder classifier to ensure that the materials can stably enter the classification area.
• Rotor:
It is the core component of the powder classifier. It is usually equipped with blades or fins of special shapes. The rotor rotates at high speed driven by the drive device to generate eddy currents.
• Drive device:
It provides power to the rotor so that it can rotate at a certain speed. The drive device is usually composed of a motor, a reducer, a coupling, etc.
• Air outlet:
It is used to discharge the airflow carrying fine powder, and the fine powder is collected by the subsequent dust collection device.
• Coarse powder outlet:
It is located at the bottom of the equipment or other suitable positions, and is used to discharge coarse powder that does not meet the fineness requirements after classification.
• Working principle:
After the material enters the powder classifier from the feeding device, it falls under the action of gravity. At the same time, the outside air or gas enters the powder classifier through a specific air inlet. The rotor rotates at high speed driven by the drive device, generating a strong vortex. The material is dispersed under the action of the vortex and moves in the air flow according to its own particle size, density and other characteristics. Due to its small mass, the fine powder can follow the air flow through the gap inside the rotor and be discharged from the air outlet; while the coarse powder is subjected to a large centrifugal force due to its large mass, and cannot pass through the rotor gap, and is finally discharged from the coarse powder outlet, thus achieving the classification of the material.

High classification efficiency:
The use of advanced classification principles and optimized structural design can accurately classify the material, so that the fine powder and coarse powder can be effectively separated. For example, its unique rotor structure and air flow field design make the material dispersion effect in the powder classifier better and the classification accuracy higher.
For materials with a wide particle size distribution, a good classification effect can also be achieved, and the powder selection efficiency can usually reach more than 85%, or even higher.
Large processing capacity:
The structural design of the equipment is reasonable and can meet the needs of large-scale production. It has a large feed and discharge port, as well as a spacious grading space, which can ensure the smooth passage of materials.
