Structural composition:
• Drum part:
It is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters. The inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder each have their own functions. The inner cylinder performs preliminary heat exchange and drying, the middle cylinder further enhances the drying effect, and the outer cylinder plays the role of heat preservation and auxiliary drying.
• Transmission device:
including motor, reducer, support wheel, wheel belt, etc. The motor provides power, drives the support wheel to rotate through the reducer, and the friction between the support wheel and the wheel belt causes the drum to rotate, ensuring that the material continues to roll and move in the drum.
• Feeding device:
The sand to be dried is transported into the dryer, and the stability and uniformity of the feed must be ensured.
• Discharging device:
It is used to discharge the dried sand and has good sealing.
• Heat source system:
It provides heat for the drying process. Common heat sources include coal, natural gas, biomass particles, etc.
• Lifting plate device:
Lifting plates with different angles and spacings are provided in the drum, so that the sand can be evenly dispersed and turned in the drum, and fully contact with the hot air flow.
• Dust removal system:
collects and processes dust generated during the drying process to reduce environmental pollution.
• Working principle:
wet sand enters the inner drum from the feeding device, is continuously picked up and scattered by the shovel in the inner drum, and undergoes preliminary heat exchange with the hot air flow from the heat source system to achieve downstream drying and initially remove most of the moisture. Then the sand enters the middle drum for countercurrent drying, where the material is repeatedly lifted in the middle drum to extend the drying time. Finally, the sand falls into the outer drum, where it is further dried and discharged from the discharging device.

• High thermal efficiency:
The three-drum structure increases the contact area and heat exchange time between the material and the hot air flow. The heat emitted by the inner drum can be partially absorbed and utilized by the middle drum and the outer drum, reducing heat loss. The thermal efficiency can be increased by more than 30%-50% compared with the single-drum dryer, and the energy-saving effect is significant.
• Strong fuel adaptability:
It can adapt to a variety of fuels, such as coal, oil, gas, biomass pellets, etc. Enterprises can flexibly choose according to local fuel resources and costs.

• The material is dried evenly:
The unique cylinder structure and lifting plate design enable the sand to be evenly dispersed and turned in the dryer, avoiding material accumulation and uneven drying, ensuring that the moisture content of the sand after drying is uniform and consistent, and the moisture content of the material after drying can reach below 1-0.5%.
• High material quality:
The temperature and heat are evenly distributed during the drying process, and the sand will not deteriorate or discolor due to local overheating, which well guarantees the quality of the sand.

The cylinder structure of the three-cylinder dryer is compact, and the footprint is only about half of that of the single-cylinder dryer with the same output, saving a lot of site space.

The overall structure is relatively simple, the installation process is not complicated, and complex infrastructure and large-scale lifting equipment are not required, which can shorten the installation cycle and reduce the installation cost.

The friction between the sand and the cylinder and lifting plate during the drying process is relatively small, which reduces the wear of the equipment and extends the service life of the equipment. In addition, the transmission device of the equipment runs smoothly and has high reliability.
